    Task force members reviewed a draft land use and community planning analysis, which studied the viability of potential general locations for hospitals in the District of Muskoka based on the requirements of a future site(s).

    The Capital Plan Development Task Force met on May 14.

    The task force further discussed a report on high-level operational cost forecasting for the three models for the year 2031/32. Members understood the report is intended to provide an order of magnitude of the potential operating costs of each model based on the programs and services to be delivered.

    Reports: The task force reviewed a report on high-level operational cost forecasting for the three models. Task force members asked for clarification and revisions to the report for their next meeting.

    Model Evaluation Criteria: The task force confirmed that its evaluation of the models would include equally-weighted criteria in five areas: patient- and family-centered care, financial, alignment with health system directions, municipal impact and community support.
