Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare (MAHC), through the North Simcoe Muskoka Local Health Integration Network (NSM LHIN), is pleased to announce up to $815,500 in one-time funding for MAHC’s current year that ends March 31, 2018. The one-time funding will help to support operating pressures and reduces MAHC’s operating shortfall for fiscal year 2017-18.

With a focus on safe, high-quality, standardized care, and in order to meet Cancer Care Ontario standards around patient safety, Systemic Chemotherapy treatment will be located at the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital (HDMH) Site, targeting an effective date next spring.
