MyChart
MyChart™ is a secure online tool providing patients, their designated family members, and caregivers, with free access to medical records and personal health information. Using your computer or smart device, MyChart™ users can easily view test results, clinical documentation, and other health information. MyChart™ was developed by Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto and is used by more than 40 hospitals across Ontario. Thousands of patients are registered for and using MyChart™ to remotely access their personal health information.
Using MyChart™ at MAHC
Patients using MyChart™ can access the secure online portal for access to medical and personal health information at MAHC including:
- Allergies
- History of MAHC visits
- Medical history related to the patient
- MAHC Laboratory results
- MAHC Diagnostic Imaging reports (for images, please use PocketHealth)
- MAHC Electrocardiogram and/or Echocardiogram reports
- MAHC Consultant notes, surgical notes, history and physical, discharge summary
- MAHC Pathology reports*
- MAHC Microbiology results
*Some reporting delays may apply
Register Online
Patients must be 16 years of age or older to sign up. Create a MAHC MyChart™ account today to get started. Please note it may take 3-5 business days to receive your PIN from Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare to complete your MyChart™ registration.
Register at the Hospital
To sign up in person, provide your email the next time you register at MAHC. You will receive an email from MyChart™ with your unique PIN to complete the registration process and begin using MyChart™.
