Are you looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner?

Family doctors or Nurse Practitioners provide primary care in the community and operate independently of the hospital. 

The provincial government operates Health Care Connect, a service helping Ontarians without a family health care provider to find one. People without a family health care provider are connected to a family doctor or a nurse practitioner who is accepting new patients in their community.  You can sign up for Health Care Connect if you do not already have a family doctor.
