Expert education and support is essential to help prevent and manage diabetes. Our diabetes education team of a nurse and dietitian at each site in Bracebridge and Huntsville help our patients learn as much as possible about living with diabetes. Services are also provided to residents of East Parry Sound at the Almaguin Highlands Health Centre in Burk's Falls*. Appointments are required through the referral process.
